COLT FORD DROPS NEW SINGLE “FARMBOY” FEAT. CADEN MCGUIRE TODAY

Country-rap trailblazer Colt Ford returns today with “Farmboy,” featuring TikTok star and rising country artist Caden McGuire, out now via Average Joes Entertainment. Co-written by Ford alongside Brian Kelley, Steven Lee Olsen, Hunter Phelps, and Jordan Schmidt, the track pairs Ford’s down-to-earth, rapid-fire verses with McGuire’s hook-heavy chorus — delivering a laid-back, infectious anthem tailor-made for cold beers, backroads, and long, sun-drenched days. Fueled by a summertime groove, “Farmboy” is a proud salute to the grit, pride, and rhythm of rural living.

“I’ve been a fan of Caden’s for a while — we’re cut from the same cloth,” Ford shares. “When I heard this track, I knew it was meant for him. It’s everything we are: faith, family, hunting, fishing, country living. I’m excited about working with Caden, I think he’s going to be a big star in country music.” Caden explains, “When Colt hit me up, I was blown away. I grew up listening to him. I may not be a farmer, but I respect everything they do. This song is about the life I live — hunting, fishing, thanking God on the porch. I’m pumped to be a part of it.”

SET TO EMBARK ON 27-DATE ‘YEARS IN THE MAKING’ TOUR ON APRIL 16

DEBUT STAGECOACH PERFORMANCE THIS MONTH

NASHVILLE, TN (April 4, 2025) — Today, acclaimed chart-topping country artist BRYAN MARTIN delivers his 13-track LP, Years In The Making, via Average Joes Entertainment. MARTIN continues to build momentum following his RIAA-certified platinum hit, “We Ride,” and the success of his rising single, “Wolves Cry,” currently climbing the country radio charts. In 2023, the Cherokee Indigenous American artist achieved a career milestone with his debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry, stepping into the venue’s sacred circle.

On April 16 in Lexington, KY, MARTIN will hit the road for his 27-date tour of the same name, with select shows featuring support from Ben Roberts and Taylor Austin Dye. Adding to the excitement, MARTIN is set to make his debut at the legendary Stagecoach Festival, bringing his hard-hitting country sound to one of the genre’s biggest stages.

On February 7, MARTIN dropped the final single from the project, “Ain’t My Old Man.” Written by MARTIN, Lee Thomas Miller, and Nick Walsh, “Ain’t My Old Man” delves into MARTIN’s relationship with his father, capturing the universal moment of realizing you’ve inherited more from your parents than you ever expected. Showcasing his signature poetic lyricism and authentic storytelling, the song is another testament to his songwriting ability, reminding us that he writes what he lives. Robert Oermann of MusicRow, hailed it as “Well written, well sung and perfectly produced. Play this.”

“I think a lot of us grow up wanting to be like our dads, but at the same time saying ‘I don’t want to be nothing like that when I grow up,” MARTIN shares. “I want to have more patience and teach my kids how to do things. Then you grow up and sometimes you catch yourself in moments where you’re just like ‘man, I’m just like that guy.’”

“Don’t Come Lookin For Me” (feat. Marty Stuart)
“Wolves Cry”
“Ain’t My Old Man”

Following the success of his Platinum-certified anthem “We Ride,” which has garnered over 300 million streams and soared into the Top 3 at country radio, BRYAN MARTIN earned a 2024 MusicRow Awards nomination for “Breakthrough Artist-Writer of the Year.” MARTIN’s career-defining moments, including “We Ride” landing at No. 3 on Billboard’s “Country Airplay” chart and the music video accumulating more than 57 million views, have solidified his growing presence in country music. At 36, MARTIN continues to redefine the country music ladder with over 800 million career streams, millions of monthly listeners, and a grit-soaked sound that resonates across a vast audience. Furthermore, he has shared the stage with Jason Aldean, Chris Young, and even rocked stadiums alongside Morgan Wallen on the blockbuster “One Night At A Time” Tour, solidifying his reputation as a rising force in country music.

However, MARTIN’s rise didn’t come easy. Born and raised in Logansport, Louisiana, his journey began in church, singing as a child. By eight, he was covering George Strait at local fairs, encouraged by his mother, who had shared stages with legends like Faron Young and Alison Krauss. But life took a hard detour. He pursued bull riding, worked hay fields, and battled substance abuse, hitting rock bottom at 19. A near-fatal car accident reignited his passion for songwriting, pushing him to make his guitar pay off and confront his struggles head-on.

Albums like If It Was Easy (2019), Self Inflicted Scars (2022), and Poets & Old Souls (2023) reveal a true artist who has survived the darkness and emerged with songs that speak to the heart of the working-class experience. With each new release and tour date, MARTIN proves that the best songs don’t just tell stories — they live and breathe in the spaces between struggle and triumph. With his signature rough-edged voice and raw, honest storytelling, MARTIN continues to demonstrate his talent for turning profound emotion into unforgettable music.

MARTIN’s songs are like the old bar stool you sink into after a brutal day — steady, familiar, and brimming with stories. It hugs you like a friend who’s seen the worst of you and still sticks around, or hits like a gut-punch wake-up call you didn’t know you needed. His music cuts to the bone, channeling the raw highs and lows of life into melodies that linger long after the last note fades.

BRYAN MARTIN is set to keep his momentum rolling throughout 2025 with new music — including his latest single, “Shades” with Colt Ford featuring Yelawolf — and a packed lineup of tour dates.

NASHVILLE, TN (February 5, 2025) — Colt Ford, the trailblazing country rapper, makes a powerful return with “Hell Out Of It” (feat. Michael Ray), dropping Friday, February 21 via Average Joes Entertainment — his first release since surviving a life-altering heart attack in 2024.

With a second lease on life, Ford is charging into 2025 with renewed energy, ready to deliver new shows, fresh collaborations, and an arsenal of new music — mindful of the fact that life can change in the blink of an eye, and he plans to “walk a little slower” moving forward.

PRE-SAVE / PRE-ADD “HELL OUT OF IT” HERE.

“I loved this song the moment I heard it, and after everything I’ve been through, it really resonates,” Ford says about “Hell Out Of It.” “I wanted to bring in someone I’m close with, and Michael Ray absolutely nailed it.”  Michael Ray shares, “I’m so excited to be a part of this song with my brother Colt Ford. ‘Hell Out Of It’ is an anthem for the small town, blue collar men and women — the ones that work hard and play harder. It’s about that slice of heaven; a map dot place that to some people, might not look like much, but is raised in them — love the hell out of it.”

Following his miraculous recovery, Ford is poised to make 2025 his year. He recently sat down with PEOPLE Magazine to discuss last year’s near-fatal heart attack, including the story of longtime friend Toby Keith appearing to him on the other side, saying, “They ain’t ready for ya, Little Dawg. Go on back down there.” As Ford recalls, “Toby used to say, ‘I’m Big Dawg Daddy, you can be Little Dawg.’ Normally, that wouldn’t have appealed to my ego, but with him, I was excited to take on that role.” Drawing strength from his love for family, friends, and fans, Ford powered through his recovery, which became a powerful wake-up call.

Trailblazers carve their own paths, breaking rules and redefining norms along the way. Colt Ford has always done just that, spitting bars over banjo lines long before it was the trend. This fearless approach has set the Georgia-born singer, songwriter, rapper, musician, performer, and co-founder of Average Joes Entertainment apart, cementing his status as country music’s ultimate independent maverick.

With roots in rap, Southern rock, and country, Ford has spent his career collaborating across genres, building a dynamic discography that includes millions of sales and billions of streams. From Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Jermaine Dupri and Bubba Sparxxx to members of No Doubt, Lit, and Lady A, the country-rap troubadour has carved out his own unique space in the music world, all while forging lasting friendships along the way. Moreover, Ford co-wrote Jason Aldean’s RIAA certified hit “Dirt Road Anthem” and Brantley Gilbert’s “Country Must Be Country Wide” — both of which reached number one on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart — solidifying his position as a behind-the-scenes powerhouse in the studio.

By 2019, Ford had crafted an impressive string of achievements, with his personal chart successes propelling him to mainstream recognition. He notched five consecutive Top 10 debuts on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart, starting with Declaration of Independence, which landed at #1 in 2012. Two years later, Thanks for Listening soared into the Top 10 of the Top 200, also claiming the #1 spot on the Billboard Rap & Independent charts. In parallel, he placed six songs on the Hot Country Songs Chart, with “Back” (feat. Jake Owen) reaching the Top 40. Among his numerous accolades, Ford earned a nomination for “Vocal Event of the Year” at the Academy of Country Music Awards for his collaboration on “Cold Beer” with Jamey Johnson in 2011.

Ford’s 2023 record, Must Be The Country, was born out of his courageous fight against eye cancer, showcasing his powerful vocal range and flawless delivery. After undergoing rigorous surgery to remove the tumor, Ford’s resilience was tested once again with a diagnosis of Myasthenia Gravis, an autoimmune disorder that affects his facial muscles and neural connections. Yet, undeterred by these personal health challenges, Ford remains a beacon of inspiration, continuing to perform and work on new projects. His unshakable spirit resonates throughout his music, underscoring his steadfast dedication to his craft.

“I have been so lucky and blessed to have worked with the people I have and continue to,” Ford says. “I just like letting the song lead me to who I want to work with and hope they want to work with me.”

Ford will be joining Brantley Gilbert on select dates of his “Tattoos” Tour, which kicks off this spring. While the idea of returning to the stage after such a traumatic health scare is nerve-wracking, Ford praises, “BG, who’s like a little brother to me, is the best person to help me ease back in. He’s as good as it gets.”

Ford concludes: “I hope the fans and up and coming artists realize how much love and passion it takes to have a career as long as me. I have always tried to help other artists and always take time for the fans; they are the reason we are all here. I hope I leave a foundation that allows others to be successful and maybe just maybe write some cool songs.”
